Hello aspirant. Your rank in EAMCET is satisfactory and you are obviously eligible for top colleges accepting EAMCET rank. But the only clause here is that good college don't promise good department as well. This is because your rank is just fine and not excellent. You may get your favourite college but you won't get your favourite department (if it is good enough).
