it depends on which category you belong.If you are general  then direct answer "no".If from obc category then there is probablity of getting gov colleges but not a good branch and if you belong to other categories then for sure you will get one.

It depends on your category. If you are a general category candidate, then these marks are near to nothing as you will not get a good college like NITs or state government colleges.
For OBC, its still nothing reasonable !

For SC/ST, it is something. something like Lower NITs with CSE or at least average core branches (like civil, mech etc.) depending on the NIT.

Just remember to pay attention to choice filling during counseling,

Well ,it depend of you belong to st sc category then you will get in iiit college but if you belong to general or obc category then its not possible you get good govt.college .
