Firstly I am considering that you r a general category student so your rank with 90 percentile must be around 1 lac.
So considering this you might get some GFTIs with top branches
1. Assam university ,silchar
Computer science branch
2017 closing rank -121222

2015 closing rank-107808
Hence you can easily apply for any other branch in assam university silchar as you are applicable to apply for cse branch in it.
2 . Bits mesra
If ur from mesra then under homestate category you can take chance in courses
a)biotechnology
b)chemical engineering (plastic and polymer)

No other colleges under GFTIs are applicable for you only chances stands if you are under home state category but assam university you can easily apply for it as other state member also u will definitely get seat into it.
