I predict by "onc" you meant "obc".So as far as your query is concerned I am sure you would land yourself in a good NIT. So here are my top 5 suggestions to you-

Getting into NIT Delhi,Trichy,Warangal,Surathkal,etc in a good branch at this rank would be a little difficult.

But do not dishearten as there are other NITs like-

1.NIT Silchar

2.NIT Puducherry

3.NIT Meghalaya

4.NIT Manipur

5.NIT Srinagar

where you could secure a seat in CSE.If you are ready to compromise your branch then you may also get better NITs but a lesser valued branch.But according to me you have better chances to get a good college and branch in IIITs so do also take these into consideration.Hope my advice turns out to be helpful and do keep in mind IIITs they are also great institutions with goood academics.Thankyou.
