With the score and rank mentioned above, you cannot get into any of the NITs, IIITs but there is a slight chance that you might get into a GFTI in the last round or special round. Your only chance to get into a GFTI is through EWS Rank but it could be said in surity only after the cut-off list for the first round comes out as EWS category has been the most recent addition in JEE application form details.
