As per your percentage you may consider these options

Delhi university
Ambedkar university
Mumbai university
Rajasthan university
Anna university
Calcutta university

If you have submitted the application form then you have to get admission but If you want to apply now then there will be fight for the Last date of Form submission and do check the official website for the same
