The formula for calculating approximate rank would be

Rank = ( 100-percentile)*413284/100

Where percentile should be your percentile which you got in mhtcet and 413284 is the number of students appeared for the MHTCET.

So your approx rank would be (100-91)*413284/100 = 37195
So your rank in MHTCET would be approximately 37195.
