Hey !
According to your rank and previous year cutoffs , assuming you a UR candidate , gettingCSE branch in top government  colleges seems a bit hard task for you. And since the cutoffs change every year , you can predict the list of colleges where ypu can get a seat by using AP EAMCET college predictor tool:

Hello there,
As you've not mentioned your category and home state it is Difficult for us to predict your college.
I'm considering you to be general category.
But getting computer science and engineering with this rank is very tough.
You'll not get good college.
I would suggest you to drop one year and seat for the exam next year.
You may also use the college predictor tool from careers360 to get a brief idea about what college you might get,
