     Yes can get definitely. You can get even top branches like ECE, IT etc. CSE is Lil bit tough for at this, but cutoffs varies every year. Kiit has huge number of seats, so if the seats are left in last, then you can get CSE I think. But without CSE, you can get all branches at this rank.
