It again depends in which state you are from. There is something called in state quota for aeee students. So if you live in the same state, in which the college is, you have a better and lower cutoff.

If you are applicable for the state quota scheme, then you can probably get cs anywhere. Read up at the following link.

It further depends on the course you want to choose. Every course has a different cutoff based on the applications for that course and its popularity among the students.
