Admissions in Thapar University are done in two modes,

Mode1 - in which your 60% in PCM board marks will be considered and 20% in jee marks will considered.

Mode2 - 80% pcm marks are consider and 15% jee main score.

Your board percentage are up to the mark but you need to obtain a good rank jee main also in order to get cse as the cutoff for cse is high the closing rank for cse is around 35k in jee mains.
