Go for Delhi university. You will certainly get a seat.
Or drop and try for IIT.

There is many chances
If your stream is PCB then u can prepare for medical examination
For PCM stream u can prepare for engineering exams
Except these two examination
Take admission bsc and prepare for comp exam and teachers job
