For addmission in B.arch you need atleast 50% marks of the total in any examination for the same. 

For IITs the addmission is based on JEE advance rank but for NITs it's based on JEE mains paper 2 for architecture. Usually the cutoff goes above 70% , so you need a really good rank in JEE paper 2 to apply for NIT. 

Considering facts , the closing rank at NIT tirruchalapali was around 872 and at NIT patna was 2377. 

So if you want to get into NITs you need around 2.5 K rank in your JEE mains paper 2 exam. 

Nits don't consider NATA score. So all the very best.

For admission in BArch in NITs, only JEE MAIN PAPER2 marks are considered. Since the number of seats for BArch in NIT is only around 600, the cut-off is very high and a percentile of 99.4 and above is required to get admission. Therefore, based on your percentile, you will not be able to get into any NIT.
