Hello Shraddha,
For your rank I found two government colleges will offer you admission accepting your criteria, they are :

Shivaji University, Kolhapur
North Maharastra University, Jalgaon

These two colleges are offering you seat in Electrical engineering and mechanical engineering course respectively. You have chances of grabbing seat in these colleges in round 3 and round 2 respectively. The Shivaji University has a fee of 3.2 lakh for graduate degree.
