As much as I know NIT Admissions are purely based on the merit list. Since, you're representing EWS Category, the minimum cut off required is 79. If you had provided your CRL or category rank it would have been easier to find out if you will get NIT or not. Anyway, the cutoff rank for EWL is almost twelve thousand so if your category rank is below that you will get a seat in any nit. All th ebest.
