yes you can apply for NITs in Mizoram,Arunanchal Pradesh,Srinagar,Silchar,Manipur,Hamirpur.

there is a possibility for you to get a college as per your percentile.

along with that you should apply for IIIT or Government funded colleges there you can get one.
