That is not enough for you to fetch NIT Trichy on General rank but you will definitely get some good Government/ private college on this percentile of your desired branch if you comes under any reserved category then there is a chance you can get any government college. because as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors. You have not mentioned your home state and the branch you want to choose. You can check the cutoff of NIT Trichy.
