Dear student,
It feels really sad to inform you that with this percentile you cannot get into top 5 nit's with cse branch, but if you wish to know about the other nut's in which you can get cse, you can look at the following list:

NIT Patna - National Institute of Technology
NIT Nagaland - National Institute of Technology
NIT Manipur - National Institute of Technology
NIT Mizoram - National Institute of Technology

But if you wish to get into other branches then you can get into the top nit's in the following branches:

MNNIT Allahabad - Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology - civil engineering
NIT Warangal - National Institute of Technology- civil engineering
NIT Kurukshetra - National Institute of Technology- electrical engineering
NIT Trichy - National Institute of Technology- production engineering
MNNIT Allahabad - Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology- mechanical
NIT Rourkela - National Institute of Technology- chemical engineering
