Your EAMCET and IPE score is pretty good. And because of your ipe score, it's highly probable that you'll get a good rank. Rank depends on the number of students and the relative difficulty level of the exam. Normally, to get a rank under 3000 a candidate needs to score between 95 - 105 with a 93% or above in intermediate exam. But since your intermediate marks are pretty good, you have a chance at scoring under 3000 rank. Do keep an eye on the results.
