Actually this year the JEE mains is conducting JEE for twice one was done at January and another yet to be completed on April so you must wait till April exam also completed the cutoff percentile or ranking will vary from year to year and also category to category as well
So I suggest you to write April exam also so that you may increase your performance
Now come to your percentile is good but still you can improve and also the chances of getting NIT is more
