As of now , it can not be guaranteed or predicted with surity as the cutoffs for NITs are yet to be declared. But yes congratulations on your success, this is undoubtedly a very decent score to get any good engineering college. 
The cutoffs for NIT would be declared only after the final results are announced in the month of april.
So you need to wait till april for any confirmation.
