Actually it's quite difficult for us to give you your accurate percentile. Because for a particular marks your percentile can change every year due to some factors (i.e. number of appeared canditates, number of successful candidates, standard of question paper, previous year's trend, total number of seats available in this year, top score etc). Now if you follow the previous year's data you can observe that with this marks your percentile score and rank would be 92.45 and 16942 in 2019.
