The cutoff trends changes every year and it depends on the number of students appearing in the examination, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. Getting a CSE seat is becoming really hard these days because of the huge demand.
According to your mentioned marks and previous year trends, your rank might be in the range : 10,000 - 15,000 (this may or may not be accurate due to varying trends every year). For open state quota previous (2017) closing rank for CSE was 1813. So there aren't much chances according to this. You can try applying for CSE in their Amritapuri campus. With this rank, you can try securing seats in their Bangalore or Amritapuri campuses. Just apply to their counseling process and know the exact cutoff. You can go through all options with AEEE here -
