As per your percentile which is 94.26, your rank is predicted to be around 50k as per my calculations.

According to your percentile or rank, you have decent chances to get into NITs.

For the final result, you have to wait till April 30. The National Test Agency NTA will declare the combined result of both the JEE Mains exam (1st which was held in January and 2nd which is going to be held in April) after the declaration of result of 2nd ecae i.e. after April 30. Afterwards the NITs will release their respective cutoffs.
