I can tell that you are bright student.
If you have financial support then you can comfortably go for CGC Landran. The total fees is approximately 4 lakh without any scholarships. And  there are events that  can avail you interesting scholarship schemes (Grab one of them)
But for aninstance you need to think over and give a chance to yourself and give an attempt to the upcoming JEE Mains and I am sure that you will be able to mark up a good percentile to get admission in an esteemed engineering institute.
Otherwise Chandigarh group of colleges are a good option if you are willing to get admission in engineering right now.

Dude of you haven't given JEE main ,but still you can go for CLC round.it is mainly percentage round .
And you still  can get govt.college .this are chance where you can get govt.i am not sure but still you have chance .
