I regret to inform you that with a low score you cannot get admission into  prestigious college of engineering like top nits or iiits.
Because every reputable nits or iiits lowest branches closing cutoff is also around 30000 to 35000.
Even this condition is applicable when I m considering the branches like metallurgy or mining.

Yes you might get seat into nit but these nits were  of no worth . You can get seats in northeast nits with branches that you hadnt hoped for.
Better you take part in any other councelling or you can even year drop to prepare harder for  jee mains
2020.

Your rank is not enough to take admission in top college .
You may no be get seat in first four round but you may get nit college like nit Hamipur , nit Nagaland , nit mizoram etc in last round or in spot round . So resister  for counseling in josaa .
