As you haven't mentioned your category , I'm assuming that you are a general candidate

See the competition for NEET is really high as of you already know and your marks aren't even qualifying
So if you don't qualify that means you are not eligible for counselling hence you can't get any college.

Even to be eligible for counseling you have to score 147 marks for as a general candidate
