Hi,
Cracking exams like JEE Mains and Advanced require continuous efforts of two years which eventually prepares you for the day.
But 95 percentile is a pretty decent score in JEE Mains, and if you have your concepts clear then you are in a good spot. Advanced is much more conceptual than Mains, so the difficulty level is no doubt more. Try to not dive into any new topics right now, as that time has passed.
Revise everything that you know, and practise PYQs, sit for mock tests. Two weeks are not a lot of time, but nothing is impossible if you have the right routine and mindset.
So a quick target, for getting a good IIT your score must be around 220 or the minimum marks should be around 150-160.

Good luck.
