On the basis of this rank you cannot get any of the NIT if you belongs to general category, Although you can try for IIITs. According to the previous years data you will be eligible for JEE-Advance 2020.

Now you have two options, either you start your preparation for JEE-Advance which will take you to IITs or try to score more than 98 percentile if you want to secure admission in good NITs.

95 percentile means your expected rank would be around 43,450. Now if the number of candidates in July session increases, your expected rank would also increase. Being a general category student, it would be quite difficult to get any of the top NITs as the seats get filled within 30,000 to 35,000 rank. However, you can expect North East NITs, NIT Sikkim, Srinagar. There are various branches in Engineering, their cutoffs differ from one another, gender to gender. Another criterion is that Home State and Other State. Now this is according to last few years' data, this year the cutoffs might change.
