According to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your approximate rank would be near about 41000 and on the basis of this rank and your reservation category you can get some of the IIITs but it is little bit difficult to get CSE with this rank because there is very high demand of CSE and hence it's cut-off is also goes high so you need to secure around 97 percentile to get the same. But yes if you deserves the Home State quota then there might be some higher chances to get CSE but in newly established IIITs like IIIT Una and likewise.

I would recommend you to appear in second attempt of JEE-Main which is scheduled from September 1st-6th and try to hit the target of at least 97.5 percentile.
