Hello Candidate!!
As you mentioned your percentile more than 95, I want to assure you that you can get Electronics in NIT Warangal for sure.

The main thing what matters is varying cut off every year and might be it can increase or decrease. So, with your marks, you can get easily your wished branch.
As of in top NIT, many students will try to get seat in this college but surely many seats are vacant too.
So, you can apply for JoSAA Counselling also, which will help you if you didn't get seat with All India Quota.

With this much marks, you will get more good branches in Top NITs, and if you are interested then can give preference to them also.
You can try in NIT Calicut, NIT Bhopal and many more, so you have much varied choices and I am providing you the link which will help you better to choose colleges in which you are eligible:

You have not mentioned your category so the answer is based on assuming the category as general. So according to your percentile your rank is about 42230 and at this rank their is no chance to get nit Warangal with electronics branch.

But according to your rank their are many colleges where you can get college with electronics branch.
