Firstly, congratulations on your good results in 12th board exam. Since you have not mentioned any place you would like to go to college in & you have also not mentioned any course that you want to pursue, it is not possible to suggest any university.

However, your aggregate in 12th board is great so you can apply in whichever college you want & wait for the counselling process to begin. Admissions to general courses are made on merit basis, so the competitive merit of all the students who have applied for the same course as you in the college will be considered. This year there's some confusion with the 12th board marks, so the cut off or the guarantee of getting a seat cannot be exactly said.

Just apply to whichever college you would like to take admission in & hope for the best.
