Dear aspirant , 

If you want to apply for computer science engineering , then any IIT'S  ,NIT'S and  IIIT'S will be good for you as these are the top institution in india . There are also many private colleges like NMIMS UNIVERSITY , AMITY UNIVERSITY , LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY  which are also good . 

But with 96.5 percentile , you should apply for iit's , nit's and iiit's .
