i got 97.14 percentile and iam a St category student what colleges can I expect??

Being a ST Category student and getting a percentile score of around 97.14 in JEE mains is a good score. you can get some top NIT and IIIT in India under this score. Some good Institute that you can get with this percentile score as ST Category are as follows :
