You haven't mentioned the Home State you belong to. This is important because cut offs are different for Home State Candidates and out of State Candidates. Going by the previous years data, you All India Rank is approximately 23000. And going by previous years data, the chances of you securing a seat in various Colleges in CSE are as follows:

NIT Mizoram

IIT Bhubaneshwar

NIT Sikkim

NIT Nagaland

NIT Manipur

Now this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year.
