So you got a score of 60 in AP EAMCET and IPE cgpa as 9.79 ie 587.4 marks in EAMCET out off 600.

Here is the method that is used to calculate the weightage. As per the system adopted since last year, marks secured in three subjects of EAMCET would be calculated for 75 per cent and they would be added to the 25 per cent equivalent of the marks scored in the core subjects – mathematics, physics, chemistry in case of MPC students and physics, chemistry, zoology and botany in case of BiPC students.

Therefore, (63/160)*75 = 28.12

And, for a score of 586 in IPE (587.4/600)*25 = 24.48

Hence,

TOTAL SCORE= 28.12 + 24.48 = 52.6 out of 100.

Now as you haven't mentioned your category, still your expected rank will be around 16-19k.
