Hi,
I think there is no hope to get CSE in Chennai with this rank. As the rank is too heavy for CSE but if you are only up to CSE try in all the categories. But still, it could be a time delay for you. My suggestion is to step into another branch or wait for all categories to be ended up.

Better go to other branches as an option.
