Hii your percentile is very good.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting higher ranked NITs such as NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal,etc but you will not get CSE or ECE.
You may get it in Medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Bhopal, NIT Rourkela,etc.

With a 98.1 percentile in the general category, you can easily get an NIT as a percentile above 97 ensures this but you may not expect to get branches like CSE in the best NITs like Trichy, Warangal etc. as they require a percentile of 99.5+. You will also get core branches in your home state NIT.
