Dear aspirant,

With a 60 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2, there is a least chance for you to get into any NITs or SPA or GFTIs. 

It also depends on whch category you belong to. If general, then there's no chance.

You can try for other colleges that offers your desired course.

I am extremely sorry to inform you that, there is no possibility to get admission in NITs, IIITs or CFITs with this percentile. Your percentile is quite low to get any of these colleges, but you can try for other good engineering colleges, you can get admission in some good private engineering college.
