You're really close but as per the trend from last 2–3 years, open counselling rank goes upto 2100–2300 maximum. But who knows you might get lucky. NEET most of the people are frustrated and have decided to settle down with whichever colleges they got into. If you may not get college in first counselling you may get in second counselling don’t lose the hope .
