At this stage of counselling you will not get a option on CSAB website to withdraw the seat. But if you don't accept the seat by visiting the college the seat will already be termed as not accepted. And in this case you will get refund after deducting the processing fees of 5000 ruppes. You will need to be updated with CSAB website to get news regarding refund process.
