As per the statistics of last year as well as my experience, a rank of 1572 won't let you to get into any of the AIIMS in the 1st 3 rounds of counselling.
But if you really need to get into one, you have to keep your patience and wait a while.
In the 4th Round or Mop-up Round of Counselling, there's a high chance that you might get AIIMS-Patna.
So, if you really want to be a part, you need to go for your counselling quite carefully.

Hello dear, after studying the cutoff of previous years I can say, in this rank, you can get AIIMS Patna, Rishikesh and Raipur and the maximum probability is of AIIMS Patna
