According to 2018, the last rank at which the seat has been allocated was AIR 1353(UR) at  AIIMS Mangalagiri which clearly tells you the whole scenerio as your AIR 2254 and may not get a seat in AIIMS. But this year, other 6 new AIIMS have been introduced and number of seats are increased for each categories which also increases the chance of getting seat in AIIMS as your rank difference with the last year's is 901.
