Yes,  you still have chances to get into AIIMS Bhopal. You just have to wish that the cutoff for AIIMS Bhopal gets lower in the next round of the counseling and also that there are seats remaining in AIIMS Bhopal so that the college will participate in the next round. Also, AIIMS BBSR is not a bad option if you by chance don't get AIIMS Bhopal.
