If I am not wrong, your AIR 2192 and OBC rank 546 are in AIIMS examination 2019 and through these ranks, one may only get any of the AIIMS ,not any other colleges in Delhi. The chances are high to get a seat in AIIMS as the last year's cut off for OBC (NCL) was AIR 3221 with corresponding percentile 99.1600595 and for OBC, it was AIR 9973 with corresponding percentile 97.3549899.
However, the merit list changes every year, only on that basis the admission is done.
