Hello Nabeel, Well, if you are not satisfied with the seat allocation in the 1st round, then you can apply for 2nd round and then wait for better seat allocation in the 2nd round. Even if you are unable to improve your result, you still would have the previously allocated seat, so it's not like you would lose your seat.
