As the admission process includes Filling of form and getting in the CAP Rounds.If you have been alotted  seat in round 1 and  if you want to keep it as an option by selecting float option and move to further rounds for betterment of seats then you need to visit the ARC Centre.After visitng the ARC Centre in the earlier rounds you dont need to visit the ARC centre Again if you get better seats in Further rounds.So you only need to visit the ARC centre 1 time and not for betterment of seats.YOu can directly select freeze option and move to the college and complete the admission process and fill the fees and other things required.
