Since you have not mentioned it I am assuming that you are talking about MHTCET (engineering). You acn participate in CAP round 4 (if you did not get any seat till round 3 or even if you got a seat in any rounds conducted till now). Unless you get a better option in CAP 4 your claim for CAP 3 allotment will not change  but if you take admission in cap 4 allotted seat your admission in CAP 4 will be nullified.
