It may cause problem as 10 cgpa is not equal to 100 percent. 10 cgpa in percentage term is or approximately equals to 95 Percent.

In verification process your application may get rejected for providing the false information.

there is no such problem because cgpa 10 means you have acheived 95 or more percentage in your class 10th.there will  not be any problem regarding this in your councelling.focus in your exam.this is more important.
