congratulations for getting a seat in a college. As you dont want that seat which you got in cap 1 you can either reject or float that seat and move further for cap round 2. By floating the seat you will have. A seat in that clg and also move for cap round 2.

If you freeze that seat you cannot move for round 2.

so you can go fo cap round 2 by any of the 2 ways.
